    This comprehensive legal framework governs all use of the Qeliora Meal platform, including the website, applications, AI systems, and related services.

    1. Contractual Relationship & Scope

    These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and Panzica Technologies Inc. ("Panzica").

    By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Service.

    2. Eligibility & Account Security

    Users must be 18 years or older.

    Users are responsible for:

    • Maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials
    • Ensuring account information is accurate
    • Promptly notifying Panzica of unauthorized access

    Panzica may suspend or terminate accounts suspected of misuse or security risk.

    3. Service Description & Modifications

    Qeliora Meal provides digital services including:

    • AI-driven meal planning
    • Dietary and wellness tracking
    • Nutritional guidance and food logging

    Panzica may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time to maintain system performance, security, or compliance.

    4. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Acts

    Users may not:

    • Reverse-engineer platform software or AI models
    • Scrape data or reproduce training datasets
    • Train competing artificial intelligence systems
    • Exploit system vulnerabilities
    • Upload malicious or harmful content

    Accounts violating this policy may be terminated.

    5. Intellectual Property & Patent Protection

    All software, algorithms, AI models, datasets, trademarks, and platform architecture are the exclusive property of Panzica Technologies Inc.

    Panzica reserves the right to pursue patent protection for technologies related to:

    • AI-driven nutritional analysis
    • Wellness analytics systems
    • Behavioral health insights

    Users receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service for personal use only.

    6. Subscriptions, Billing & Automatic Renewal

    Payments may be processed through Stripe, Apple App Store, or Google Play.

    Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle. Users may cancel subscriptions at any time through account settings, the applicable app store, or by contacting support.

    Cancellation must occur before the next billing cycle to avoid renewal charges.

    7. Refund & Cancellation Policy

    Subscription refunds are governed by applicable consumer protection laws.

    Meal orders cannot be cancelled once food preparation has begun due to the perishable nature of food. Refunds for incorrect or missing items may be issued as payment reversals or account credits.

    8. Third-Party Vendors & Couriers

    Restaurants, meal providers, and couriers are independent contractors. Panzica operates as a technology platform facilitating interactions between users and vendors.

    Panzica is not responsible for:

    • Food preparation or safety
    • Ingredient substitutions
    • Delivery conduct

    9. User-Generated Content

    Users may upload content such as food images, meal logs, and dietary preferences.

    By submitting content you grant Panzica a non-exclusive worldwide license to host, process, and analyze the content solely to operate the Service. Users retain ownership of their content.

    10. Limitation of Liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, Panzica shall not be liable for indirect damages, health outcomes, allergic reactions, reliance on AI outputs, or service interruptions.

    Liability is limited to the greater of the value of the transaction in dispute or one month of subscription fees.

    11. Indemnification

    Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Panzica against claims arising from misuse of the Service, violation of these Terms, or reliance on AI-generated recommendations.

    12. Force Majeure

    Panzica is not liable for service failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, cyberattacks, infrastructure outages, or governmental actions.

    Health & Medical Liability Shield

    Qeliora Meal is not a medical device or healthcare provider. The platform does not diagnose disease, prescribe treatment, or replace medical advice. Users should consult licensed healthcare professionals before making dietary changes.

    Allergy & Nutrition Risk Disclosure

    Nutritional recommendations and ingredient information may be incomplete or inaccurate. Users with severe allergies must verify ingredients directly with vendors.

    U.S. Arbitration & Class Action Waiver

    For U.S. residents: Disputes must be resolved through binding individual arbitration. Users waive the right to participate in class-action lawsuits.

    Governing Law

    These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada and applicable federal laws.

    By creating an account or using the Service, you confirm that you have read and agree to this legal framework.
